  1. Hey guys! Can anyone here share their favorite workout for inner thighs? This is an area that I really want to tone, but I can't find any advice on that. Thanks!
  2. So how do you actually know if you were in trance mode or not? How do you get there? Isn't that the ultimate goal for meditation at the end of the day?
  3. I think the best piece of advise I have ever gotten from a true friend of mine is to get off antidepressants and to start meditating. It's been 8 months now and I haven't popped a pill ever since. I'm so glad I listened to him.
  4. I always cook with love and it always turns out great. But sometimes, when I'm not feeling it, it just doesn't taste as good no matter what I try to do to fix it. Does anyone else feel this way?
  5. I use a silicone chopping board. I used to use wooden ones, but since I switched to silicone, there is no going back for me
  6. Guess what GuitarGuy! I went to the gym today and, for the first time ever, I went to a spinning class. I was so exhausted afterwards, but I feel so awesome now
  7. I have had an experience like this in the past with one of my ex boyfriends who was insisting that I had to put cream in my carbonara sauce. Needless to say that he kind of drove me up the wall because he just wouldn't understand that the original recipe does NOT have cream... No comments
  8. I don't mind suggestions when I know the person knows a thing or two about cooking. I just hate it when someone who has no clue starts bossing me around in the kitchen. I'm a pretty good cook, so it bothers me sometimes.

  10. I don't really have a favorite color to be honest. It always depends on my mood on that day. I do find myself wearing black more often than not though.
  11. Absolutely not! I can't imagine myself living without sweet stuff! I work really hard at the gym and eat healthy so that I can really enjoy my cheat day
  12. A great recipe for beginners would be cream sauce with mushroom and broccoli. All you need is onions, mushrooms, broccoli, oregano, salt, pepper and cream. Fry the onions in a bit of olive oil until they become softer, season with salt and pepper and a bit or oregano, add the mushrooms and broccoli, let it simmer for a while, then add the cream. Et voila Your sauce is ready!

  14. 10 years ago I discovered Silent Hill and started playing it. I immediately got hooked on it and was addicted to the concept. I still play the new versions every now and then, but they're not as good in my opinion.
  15. I started meditating about half a year ago and I feel that I'm able to concentrate on it more and more recently. However, yesterday, as soon as I started meditating, I didn't remember anything. The only thing I remember is when my husband shook me to start talking to me after a few hours. I am not sure if I was in trance of if I had fallen asleep. Has anyone ever had a similar experience?
