  1. That would bother me too. Especially if they think they know it all in the kitchen and they don't even know you. It would not be cool.

  2. Step it up a notch for sure but remember it's always best to be careful. You want your body to grow healthy in a natural way and not too fast.

  3. i would go to sites that promote homeschooling, and click on recommended links from there. These sites are going to tell you which curriculum's they use. For example, math: Horizons Math Math U See Miquon Math Saxon Math Singapore Math Then do the same for English, science, etc.... Most official sites for the local school districts in your area should tell you which curriculum's they use in their individual schools as well.

  4. I definitely would not be able to be bossed around in my own kitchen. If I'm the one doing the cooking then there is just no need for someone else to be standing there giving me orders. That just wouldn't fly in my house!

  5. I would go see a personal trainer, explain everything and see what kind of exercises they have for you to do to help with that ankle or not to use it at all. I'm sorry that you had to go through all of that. It sounds tough but your pushing through which is great!

  6. Oh wow, that sounds horrible. I'm so sorry to hear about your accident, it must have been very traumatising, but I'm glad you're up and walking again. I'm not a fitness expert, but although you can't do cardio exercises, there should still be plenty of calisthenics you could perform without using your ankle. Things like sit-ups, pull-ups, crunches, leg raises and calf raises would probably be more suitable for you. You could probably also manage some weight-lifting and certain yoga positions.

  7. I'm not kidding. The anti-doping rules are here and they are 73 pages long, not including the banned substances list. I did ask a chess player once and he said most cheats' drug of choice was speed, or anything that can speed up the way a person's brain works over the several hours of a tournament, because play is timed. I would have thought the jitters from trying to sit still on it would have given it away...

  8. I think you would be okay with fruit. I don't think fruit counts as sweets. Sure they have a lot of sugar in fruit but fruit is still healthy for us so I don't consider fruit as sweets.

  9. I totally agree with you, Vinnie. I absolutely hate driving in snow and I will avoid it if at all possible. I think there would be fewer accidents if those who did not have to drive in the snow just stayed home.

  11. I have never had a pinched nerve. That sounds really painful. Hopefully your MRI goes well and it's not too painful for you!

  12. How many crunches can you do at once? I agree that I enjoy working out more during the winter months since there's not much to do in the winter months.

  14. I am a musician. I enjoy listening and playing all kinds of styles of music. My favorite is Alternative rock and Pop punk but I can also enjoy the heavy metal/screaming music from time to time. I enjoy blues, jazz, classical, etc.

  15. I've been bit by the personal development bug and for the past couple of years, that's all I read. I will pick up any book that promises to help me advance my career or personal life in any way.
